The first rally of the Hungarian championship and the CEZ Cup, Túrkeve Cup on 11-13 April, 2014 will also be the first race for the bike and quad riders in Hungary this season, so long not seen faces are expected to appear on the tracks again. Moreover, some of the popular side-by-side are also interested in the event.
As for the cars, for them the rally is a round of CEZ Cup, beside the Hungarians also the top guns from Poland and Czech Republic are expected to Túrkeve. To show the famous Hungarian hospitality, participants will receive a little surprise: Dakar driver Sándor Sebestyén will treat all team members to breakfast and lunch on both Saturday and Sunday with some local specialities.
On Friday the ceremonial start will begin at 4 pm on Tiszai Hajósok tere in Szolnok, then the drivers and riders will warm up with a 17 km superspecial. On Saturday five specials are scheduled with almost 250 kilometres against the clock. On Sunday the rally ends with three more specials, then the crews return to Tiszai Hajósok tere for the prizegiving at 4 pm.
