In Baja Poland 2014, fierce battle wasn’t only fought in the overall classification. Apart from the major T1 class, among competitors entered in the FIA World Cup there was also T2 category resembling production cross-country rally cars. Among the crews one could find Klaudia Podkalicka and Piotr Binaś (Mitsubishi Pajero). For Klaudia it was a debut in the FIA World Cup and despite the technical issues, she managed to finish Baja Poland in the 2nd position in T2 being outpaced only by Juraj Ulrich and Daniela Ulrichowa (Ford F150 SVT Raptor) from Slovakia. Third to finish were World Cup T2 category leader Andrey Rudskoy and Evgeniy Zagorodnyuk (Russia, Toyota Land Cruiser 200).
Baja Poland 2014 also constituted the sixth round of the Central European Zone (CEZ) category and was the fourth rally counting to Polish Cross-Country Championship. In both instances it was Martin Kaczmarski co-driven by Tapio Suominen (Mini All4Racing) who took a solid victory. Paweł Molgo and Janusz Jandrowicz (Nissan Navara D22) took second position and Miroslav Zapletal co-driven by Maciej Marton (H3 Evo VII) were third.
